Chaser1/Wardo Returning

Hey folks,
After several years of bad luck and such, long story, I have finally settled down and bought a nice house and have a pretty decent job. With that in mind. I restarted and gathered a new group of table top rifts players which has reminded me that I've been wanting to return to Ivy and Chrome.

I have many of the old character sheets and even the html from the old webpages (both of them) and have compiled it all in a massive network share at home. Ive been talking with Maddawg (former player of Nicklous Cage and Nico Mikado) and he is interested in helping recreate the old webpage and host a site for us. Also, there has been talks to see if a tabletop version of the game could possibly be played over skype. Remember, its only in talks, not a for sure thing.

Anyways, I've been thumbing through my old notes trying to get back into the mindset I was in before and may think of taking on the game again. I thought long and hard about this. About five months of thinking.

Why did I wait so long? Because I wanted to be sure of several things:
1. Will something in my life interfere with posting? Most certainly, but not forever. I have kids, a job and other obligations. But Im less distracted than I was when I was homeless.
2. Will I burnout on the game soon? I doubt it. I had run the PBEM from late 1998 to about 2004 before it started to wane in posts. In mid 2007, I couldn't do it anymore. I tried to recreate the masterpiece in a few tabletop games and simply couldnt. I started to realize what I was missing. So, I took a long time to think about it before impulsively returning and burning out again. I still have that desire to do this again.
3. Will my life fall apart around me again? I'm away from alot of the bad influences in my life that were the root of some of the disasters. That doesn't stop bad things from happening; it's life, but I don't ever plan to be homeless again.
4. Do I still have the creative skills that I had before? I don't know. My new tabletop group is pretty impressed. Also, Jeremy, a few of the newer players would love to meet you. Long story. I guess I would have to try and see if I still have it.

Even with all of the above said. I wouldn't mind a headcount of how many people are still playing. There were roughly 60+ characters that were abandoned and are now NPC. Old players may repossess the characters but I won't be GMing for 30+ people until my kids are out of school and on their own or I become retired and self-sufficient at the same time.
This is not a for sure thing yet. I need to know what Im dealing with for players and I would like to chat with you Joe and see where everything is at.

Jeremy: Team Ram ROD!

Chris, I got your voice message. I'd have to see these characters but your old characters would be NPCs for me to do as I please if I accept them.

Tim, you may most certainly play Lorianna, she is one of the last remaining original six pcs.

Everyone, I do have skype: my username is Wardostarks

Also, Joe, I seem to have lost admin rights here. I have a returning player or two coming with me. Maddawg and BilltheRipper. I know one of them has already registered but I cannot approve them.
