Megana quickly aims as the closest deer and fires her pistol aiming for the head of the deer

Vi takes a solid look at the last deer that crosses their path and pictures in her mind, and massive hand grabbing the deer to stop it in its tracks .

Dusty flings a knife from one hand as another knife magically appears in his open hand. The knife sinks into the closest deer's side, but seems like a bee sting compared the damage necessary to kill it.

Megana fires; the bullet whizzes over its head and creates a cloud of blowing snow as the rest of the deer rapidly bound towards the river. Vi pictures grabbing the deer and can almost feel its hair with her mind, but it wriggles free as Dusty's second knife disappears over the deer and into the whiteness.

Megana fires again, but isn't sure if she even hit it while Vi struggles with her newest power, desperately clutching at snow and wind as the deer disappear into the cold; one of them leaving a blood trail. Upon seeing this, Vi and Megana get ready to jump down and track it before the wind covers up the trail, but Dusty shouts, "Wait!" while pointing south.

A pack of hungry wolves appears from the woods, seemingly very interested in the trio perched in the tree. Megana quickly counts around twenty. They seem to all be staring at Dusty. Megana can feel a sense of vengeance emanating from the pack.

"Well, that's not good." Dusty sighs.

"We sit up here until the tribe rescues us," Dusty grumbles as the wolves approach and surround the tree and wait.

For a moment, Megana swears that she sees someone walking in the mist of blowing snow, from the direction the wolves came from.

"What in the living hells....Vi! Look over there!" She points to the unknown figure in the distance and wonders who he or she is.

Dusty grumbles something in a different language. Then he says, "We may have to run, girls. That's not a person, it's a damned dog boy." He pulls his legs up, getting ready to run as another knife magically appears in his hand.

"The fuck is a dog boy?!" Megana exclaims preparing her pistol incase she needs to shoot again as she prepares to run.
