Jack stops as well, keeping ready to speed off if the situation goes south. "Hi Lucas, nice to meet you, we ran into a bit of trouble back home and are headed in to get some help hopefully." oO better to be vague and play it safe for the moment Oo "everything okay with you? your passenger looks a bit banged up"

Shep looks over the trio carefully, looking for signs of what type of people they might be. Are there any weapons visible? Does his first impression lead him to think they can be trusted or are they going to be part of the problem?

Adrian feels himself starting to be lost in the feeling of the wind in his face. He begins to fall asleep untill he feels the engine of the bike rev down and the wind dies down. Adrian leans forward slightly and opens his eyes, "Guys, everything ok? What's going on?"

Lucas smiles, "Everything is fine, friend. He got beat up by some ruffians back in town." Lucas looks between Jack and Shep, "You guys need some help?"

SHep notices that none of them look armed. Lucas, the guy piloting the motorcycle seems to be the most aware and lively of the three.

Mariam is quick to get off the back off the bike and help her friend as she usually does but doesn't mind, "Here let me help steady you while we meet some new people Adrian."
"We're a little better now that we have gotten away from the area and maybe some help like some supplies to clean my friend up and maybe see if there may be something more he needs. I'm no nurse but he took more to protect me and got hit in the head pretty good. So if you all could help with that and maybe some clean clothes or something we can change into since we're covered in blood and sweat and dirt, we would really appreciate the help."
She nods at Lucas for the help and steadies Adrian as they maneuver their way to Lucas' friends.
She as well looks around to see whats around them just in case of another situation.

"We need to know where we can find some antibiotics actually. A friend of ours is in a bit of a hurry to get them, and your friend there looks like he should probably see a doctor." Jack looks Adrian over trying to judge if they are about the same size and if he could wear any of Jack's clothes.

oO I wonder if it would be safe for them to lead us to the antibiotics or if theres people looking for them Oo

Jack looks to Shep with a slightly quizzical expression, hoping he will have some insight as to the best way to proceed.

Shep considers the situation for a minute before responding. "Mind if I take a look at your injury real quick?" Shep asks the injured man. "I'm no doctor, but I've been around long enough that perhaps I can at least assess how bad the injury is."

If the man accepts, Shep will inspect the injury for cleanliness and check the man's eyes for signs of a concussion. At the very least, he has a basic knowledge of field triage and may be able to determine how bad the injury is. {OOC: Taking a bit of a leap here, but figured with Shep's age and his past experiences he should have at least some basic medical skills. At least as much as what any adult would likely know.}

Adrain looks hazely at Shep ,"Sure why not , hell I been knocked rum dumb and half way stupid today ."

Shep leans in and looks closely at Adrian's eyes, they are dilated and unfocused but not completely. He has a moderate concussion but it looks as the injury is at least a few hours old. Blunt force trauma to the head. The wound is open and has stopped bleeding already. The amount of blood loss isn't life threatening, however, it doesn't look like whoever did it planned on being nice about it.

Lucas nods, "Yeah, he came into the shop with his girlfriend like that," he replies, nodding towards Mariam. He continues, "Still curious how you two got away."

"Well," Shep says after looking at the wounded man, "It doesn't look life threatening. You should probably stay awake until the fuzzyheadedness subsides since you appear to have a mild concussion. You should probably get that cut cleaned up and bandaged so you don't get an infection. Keep going into town; you should find someone there that can help you once the emergency has past." Turning to address the group as a whole he says "In the meantime, can any of you assist us with directions to someplace we can pick up antibiotics and medical supplies in the next town?"

Adrain looks at shep with a grim smile,"If you say so old timer. And what is your name again?"

Lucas grins, "Well then! You are in luck! I own a shop and sell pharmaceuticals!" He looks back at Mariam and Adrian, "Do you two mind if we double back for a quick detour? Looks like these folks may need some emergency supplies." Lucas then peers back at Jack and Shep, "By the way, I was wondering, is there someone named Alan West in the next town?"

Adrian looks at the two guys opposite of them ,"Sure i think we can spare the time ." Adrain gently rubs the back of his head trying to avoid as much pain as possible .

"But looking at what they need , is more urget . Lucas lets say we get moving and get what we need for them ?"
