The fury in Vi's eyes burns like plasma, locked onto Megana's face with lethal intent, "Y'all should step back out of this room if you know what's good for you... and this shit stain!" Vi snarls, her grip on Megana's nick tightening into a vise.
Megana's face contorts in pain, her breathing cut off, but she doesn't break. With a sudden burst of desperation, she drives her knee upward in a brutal, bone-crunching strike aimed straight for Vi's midsection, "Unhand me, Vi!" she screams.
"Tell me what I wan—" Vi has never been bread basketed so hard in her life. Where did Megana learn to fight?
Her words turn to a strangled gasp. Without warning, a brilliant arc of blue electrical arcs between Vi and Megana. The violent shock blasts straight through Megana's neck, her nervous system exploding in agony as the current locks her muscles and cooks the air between them. The sheer voltage hurls both women backward, slamming them hard onto the cold floor.
Megana hits the ground hyperventilating, her limbs still twitching uncontrollably from residual shock. "I don't know anything!" she shrieks, her voice cracking as smoke wafts off her jacket.
Vi lies dazed on her back, trying to catch her breath. She feels a strange, unnatural calm washing over her brain, instantly extinguishing every drop of rage she felt just seconds ago. She blinks, completely devoid of any urge to strike back.
"What the hell is the meaning of this?" Roger barks. He and the second guard lunge forward, yanking Megana off the floor and hauling her behind their raised rifles.
Dusty rushes in, reaching down to grab Vi by the shoulder. "Vi! What the—"
SPARK! The static arc jumps from Vi's leather coat to Dusty's hand. He yelps, leaping backward and clutching his numb fingers. "Vi, what the hell! Calm down!"
OOC: Megana took 12 SDC damage from electric shock
OOC2: Vi took 12 SDC from getting kneed with a N20
OOC3: Vi also failed a saving throw vs ??? <-- needs to remain a secret for now

Megana grips onto roger's coat as she is still shaking from the electricity."i-i need to get away from her and far....i...."she begins to cough as her voice hoarse from the electrical shock and the choking grip...
