Vi thinks for a minute goes and lean against the wall and says calmly ," so if we do this hunt are you going to join ?"
As vi says this she activates ecto with one small tendril oozes to the floor heading for the guard.

"Dogboy or chores....but more supplies with dogboy...."Megana murmurs

Vi leans against the wall like she’s auditioning for 'Brooding Hero of the Year.' “So,” she says, eyes narrowing, “if we do this hunt, are you actually joining?” She focuses, and somewhere in the air an ectoplasmic band of gas starts slowly forming, invisibly, like a ghost trying to sneak into a poker game.

Roger nods, puffing up his chest. “Yeah, I’ll go. But I’d have to leave these losers behind to defend the town.” He gestures toward the other three guards with the confidence of a man who just lost at cards and still thinks he’s the main character.

“Oh, losers, huh?” the second guard fires back. “You weren’t saying that last night when we wiped you out in poker!” Roger’s smirk falters. Apparently, his poker face folds faster than his hand, “And I’m the boss,” he insists, voice tightening like his belt after lunch. “So you three make sure no one takes advantage of one less guard, got it?”
The guards exchange looks that say, 'Sure, boss, whatever helps you sleep at night.'

Megana mutters to herself, “Dog-boy or chores? We get more supplies with dogboy…” She sounds like she’s debating between a death wish and laundry day.

The third guard chuckles. “Hey, if you guys actually take out that stupid mutt, I’ll give you my winnings from last night. We lost a guy two weeks ago to that abomination."

"Could we get that in writing if you offered that" Megana peaked hearing a chance to get more supplies and money..."question is where was he last seen?"

Vi smiles alittle ," oh just u would join us in hunting this dogboy down ?? What's wrong your boys suddenly grow chicken feathers?"

Megana perks up like someone just waved a contract and a paycheck in her face. “Could we get that in writing if you’re offering that?” Her tone practically jingles with the promise of supplies and money. “Question is; where was he last seen?”

Roger’s brows knit together so hard they could start a campfire, “What do you mean, ‘in writing’? Fido was last seen about two miles west of here. Two weeks ago. Why?”

Vi grins like she’s about to start a bar fight. “Oh! So you’d be joining us in hunting the dogboy down? What’s wrong? Your boys suddenly grow chicken feathers?”

Roger’s eyes go wide, offended on behalf of every guard within a five‑mile radius at her just verbally slapping the town’s security force.. Dusty immediately steps in front of her like a human ‘Do Not Engage’ sign. “Vi… enough.” He turns to Roger, trying to salvage the situation. “Give us a few minutes to talk this over.”

Roger frowns, clearly reconsidering every life choice that led him to this moment. He nods to the other guards, “Come on, boys. Let’s… let these people talk.” He gestures vaguely at the group, already backing toward the door. “Keep your eyes open in case others…” His sentence dissolves into a mumble as they exit and shut the door behind them.

The moment it clicks shut, Dusty whirls on Vi, “What the HELL is wrong with you?” he explodes, “We’re trying to find help and supplies! Not insult everyone we come across! We’re stranded here without their help!”

Vi hears the door click shut and instantly snaps back at dusty," what the hell is wrong with me ??? They want us to take care of their problems while they sit back and do nothing!! What's wrong with you !!!! Who to say we dont get ganked by them when or if we come back . Did you even fuckjng think about that dusty or is your head so far up uour own ass you cant see ?"

"Dusty is right we shouldnt go around insulting people like fools...we are intruders in their town...this isnt fort hammers Vi...you can get away with it there but here its different. But i do semi agree that them pushing the dogboy on us is bad but thing is that bastard mutt has been a nuisance" Megana spoke up with a indifferent tone trying to not yell at vi for the blatant idiocy of insulting strangers when they are strangers themselves in this new town.

As they leave, Megana catches some of Roger's thoughts, oO(Are they for f*&^ing real?)Oo

Vi instantly snaps back at Dusty, "What the hell is wrong with me? They want us to take care of their problems while they sit back and do nothing! What's wrong with you? Who's to say we don't get ambushed by them when or if we come back? Did you even fucking think about that, Dusty? Or is your head so far up your own ass to see it?"

Vi notices near rage flicker in his eyes as Megana pipes up with, "Dusty is right we shouldn't go around insulting people like fools. We're intruders in their town. This isn't Fort Hammer, Vi. You can get away with it there, but here it's different. But I do semi-agree that them pushing the dogboy issue on us is bad, but thing is that bastard mutt has been a nuisance!" Megana says with an indifferent tone, trying to not yell at Vi for the blatant idiocy of insulting strangers in their own town.

Dusty's expressions softens, "Yeah... what she said." Then turns to sit down, burying his face in his hands before asking through slits in his fingers, "What do you suggest we do to get out of this town?"

Megana catches a thought from Dusty, oO(Why couldn't Meg be my daughter instead? Where did I go wrong? Ivy... I need you)Oo

Megana raise and eyebrow at Dusty with a face that speaks yo what the fuck but she remains silent for a minute before speaking "anyways we need to plan this out we either take their request and kill the mutt or do chores..."
