Lori looks to Kila and says, "It appears she has decided that since you saved her life, she now owes you a life-debt. She was swearing herself to your service."

Kila nods slightly in answer.

"The fight is over for now ... it appears some mounted horsemen took out the slavers, as crazy as that might sound. They're busy looting the battlefield now," Tyran responds to Kila.
In demongogian, he'll then address the Alterean, kneeling down beside her. "Yes, friend. All friends," he adds, gesturing around the entire group. "The healer is known as Kila. I am Tyran."
"Can you tell us what happened? What were you running from?"

In Dragonese, Cassandra asks, "Do you speak this language?" The Altaran nods, giving extra notice to Cassandra, then seems distracted.
Kila momentarily glances at Raven before returning attention back to the Altaran,"You're safe, and yes, friend," Kila answers in American. She looks from Cassandra, back to the Altaran, then slowly stands, facing Raven. "I don't think she is fully aware where she is or maybe she is," Kila softly says as she gently fondles the fur necklace. She then approaches Cassandra and asks, "Can anyone tell if we might have to fight? If we have to, I would like to get a little information on what I'm dealing with please."
Raven's eyes narrow between Cassandra, Kila and the Altaran.
Lori answers Kila, "It appears she has decided that since you saved her life, she now owes you a life-debt. She was swearing herself to your service."
Kila slightly nods.

In demongogian, he replies to the Altarain, kneeling. "Yes, friend. All friends," he adds, gesturing around the entire group. "The healer is known as Kila. I am Tyran." he continues, "Can you tell us what happened? What were you running from?"
She replies in mixed Dragonese/Demigogian, "Recapture escaped servant... Knights attack. I escape for freedom. She helps me." her silver eyes lock onto Kila. "Will she accept?" Her eyes seem to drift from Kila, to Cassandra, "Will she accept us both?" She finishes in Dragonese.
Raven smirks, oO(I knew it)Oo

Kila looks from the woman to Cassandra then to Raven. "I don't quite understand what she means," she says softly but loud enough for them to hear, "I hope she isn't meaning she wants a master. That I can't do ever. "
o0 ( I really can't)0o Kila thinks as she pushes to her feet and steps back away from the woman and the others.

Tyran, upon sensing Kila's discomfort, decides to step in. Kneeling down beside the woman, essentially in the spot Kila has just vacated, he continues to address the Alterean in demongogian.
"We accept you," he states. "... all of us. But there are no masters here, we accept you as friend. You say that you ran to acquire your freedom, and you lived. You took a great risk, and have earned that freedom ... now is your time to earn it."
"Join us ... not as servant, but as companion. I can assure you that there will be plenty of opportunity to repay the favours shown to you this day."
Reaching out a hand to help the Alterean back to her feet, he can't help but smile inwardly at the ironic picture that they must be forming. A young mage, with a live Zembahk on his shoulders, offering his hand to an escaped and free Alterean ... it was probably a good thing that the Splugorth had lost the battle with the horsemen; because if any of them were to witness this scene right now, there was a chance this could make him the poster child for an anti-Splugorth / anti-slavery campaign; and he really didn't need to become public enemy number one on Atlantis.

Kila bounces her attention from the woman to Cassandra then Raven. "I don't quite understand what she means," she almost whispers but loud enough to hear, "I hope she isn't meaning she wants a master. That I can't do ever." o0( I really can't)0o She pushes to her feet then steps away from everyone.

A young mage, with a live Zembahk on his shoulders, offering his hand to an escaped, free Altaran. It's probably fortunate that the Splugorth had lost the battle because if any of them were to witness this scene, there's a chance this could brand him the poster child for an anti-Splugorth / anti-slavery campaign. He really doesn't desire becoming public enemy number one in Atlantis.
The woman lowers her gaze and nods, "Yes, I will repay for all of my crimes as well," in Elven. "But will she?" She glances toward Cassandra.
Raven's brows furrow, "What crimes?"
Jenna, still massaging a headache away, also pipes in, "What kind of drama am I missing?" she laughs, "This is better than NG weekdays at noon!"
The woman answers, "She was the escaped slave we were tracking. She is just as guilty as me."

Speaking to the Alterean, Lori says "Kila doesn't seem interested in having a slave, but she will accept you as a companion and ally."

Kira sits back and pieces things together as best as she can between the words she understands and the others she doesn't. "Thanks all for helping those of us that don't understand the different languages follow along as best as we can."

Cassandra cannot help but shake her head, "I am confused actually. I honestly want to know what crimes myself?" There is steel in her tone which has not been heard before with her hands towards her swords. She also has no intention of giving this creature any more information.
