Redeemer, Jordan either of you have a flashlight or have a spell of daylight, I need more light to examine these two poor guys.. If neither of you have anything like what I need, then go ask the guards and priests.. maybe Tobius has something..", Daniel says with a low voice so no one can hear but the two intended people.
"You could, I suppose, have asked the Priest standing right here if he has a stronger light;" The Redeemer says in a hushed, but not whispered, tone.
"but, if you insist...
"You there, do you have something?" He asks the priest directly.
Not at all amused by The Redeemers very dry humor he responds
"Yes, we do." He then directs one of the guards to get a "small light orb" before returning to waiting and watching.

In a cursory examination of the bodies Daniel doesn't see anything other than the glaringly obvious cuts.
{OOC: Terrible failure on the perception roll, guess you'll need to look harder.}
The guard takes a quick look at the bodies before responding,
"Hey, do you see that there," he says pointing at a void in the blood running down the neck of the man that had his blood drained. Daniel looks again where the man pointed and is amazed that he didn't see it before. An arc shaped depression can be seen at the edge of the blood; likely made by the lip of a jar being used to capture the drained blood.

"I'm sure you six are the only strangers in town that are known." The guard responds.
"This is a small town. If there were any other strangers we'd know about it. Doesn't mean there's not somebody hidin' out somewhere, though. Wouldn't know about that, now would we? That's one of the reasons more guard patrols are out, though. If somebody's hidin' out they'll find 'em eventually."

The only lights around are the curious glowing orbs lining the walls that she noted the night before. The give off a warm soft glow, but aren't extremely bright.

Just as Anastasia is about to leave the room to go look for a light source on her own, the guard that was sent moments before returns with what appears to be a smaller version of the orbs. The orb is a milky white in color and is attached to a small metal pedestal. He touches the bottom of the base and the orb gains in brightness until it glows brilliantly and holds it out for The Redeemer. Rather than taking the orb, he gestures to Daniel as if to say "It's your show, now what?"
