After a few moments, the Apok states, "If you decide that you cannot come with me, I understand. I do promise to do my absolute best to make sure that everybody returns safely." Of course this is a dangerous world but then again, they could get attacked right now in the home. Nowhere is really safe.
"No, no. She's just worried." Jonesy replies. "Let's get going."
He gives his friends a hug and his wife a kiss with a promises to be careful before leading the way out the door and off into the dark morning. The twin moons are approaching the horizon making the early morning shadows even darker. "I guess it's true what they say, it's darkest before the dawn." Jonesy comments, with a shy smile.

"Thank you for you hospitality last night," Belle tells the hosts. "Take your leave now."
If they wish to shake her hand, she will accept that.
One they are out of the home, Belle is pretty quiet after listening to the discussion between Jonesy and his wife. She does not want to interupt into private thought but instead keeps a watchful eye on everything as she walks.
When he speaks up, Belle responds"Just shadows," as she continues walking. She is cautious, she always is, but does not see anything that gets her attention

The two walk through the waning night. Each lost in their own thoughts and not wanting to break the peaceful silence with meaningless words. Very few others are out on the street at this early hour except the occasional night watch patrol.

When Belle gets dressed, she puts the cloak around her form, almost completely shrouding herself. In her hand will be the mask, ready to put on if anything looks like a concern.

The patrols they pass pay them no heed as they go about their business. Most likely Belle and Jonesy are taken for just another pair of refugees.
They arrive without incident back at the inn where they met Dan and find him leaning against the outside wall waiting for his companions to join him. "Good morning." He says in a friendly but deep voice that is surprisingly quiet for a creature so huge; and yet, it sounds loud as it breaks the silence. "The others should be here shortly. Go in and get some breakfast if you've not eaten yet. I'll make sure to let you know when they get here."

"That you for the offer but I believe we are alright," responds Belle. "For myself, I think I will wait outside if that is acceptable." A slight smile to keep it all friendly.
The blond haired Apok first looks at the huge armored warrior and then her companion with curiosity. She decides that it might be best to introduce the two. "Jonesy, the big guy is Dan and Dan, my companion is Jonesy." Her voice coaxes friendship between the two of them.

ooc: I don't believe that they had not really talked. . . I think they looked at each other in the bar and that is about it. I especially do not believer that they exchanged names because that was after she went back in the bar and asked him outside that she got his name.

OOC: Jonesy did not give his name, but my intent was for him to follow Belle around like a puppy dog unless otherwise instructed. It's really not of great consequence, though. Sorry for the confusion.

The shadows have deepened more but Belle's eyes are accustomed to the darkness. After surreptitiously searching for a few seconds she sees one...make that two...figures hiding in the shadows a few buildings down. With her back to the tavern, they are on her right and across the street. They don't seem to be making any aggressive moves, only standing there as if waiting for something.
"Ah, that would be John." Dan responds in his deep voice as he spies the two figures as well. He waves them over with his big hand. The pair look around briefly as if wary of any other strangers that might be around before strolling down the street towards them. The moonlight plays off of their packs as they step in and out of shadows cast by the surrounding buildings.
The taller of the two, Dan introduces him as John, wears a worn cloak under his backpack and walks with a tall staff. The other shorter and heavier man is dressed in nondescript brown pants and a dark grey angel hair long sleeved t-shirt. Dan introduces him as Harvey and then indicates that Belle should ask her question.

I would like to scout out if there is anything surviving from their gear and see if anything might be saved. I was hoping that I might be able to ask for your assistance."
"I am not without my own fighting skills and would be willing to accompany you further on your travels," she states. There is a teasing tone when she suggest that she is ' not without fighting skills.' "From the way that Dan spoke and part of what was not said, you could use more assistance. I have nowhere else to be."
If they look skeptical, she will put her mask on.
