Kila nods to Tyran as she watches the others.

Lori says, "Kila doesn't seem interested in having a slave, but she will accept you as a companion and ally," to the Altaran.

Kira sits back, piecing things together as best as she can between the words she understands or doesn't. "Thanks all for helping those of us that don't understand the different languages follow along as best as we can."

Cassandra can't help but shake her head, "I am confused actually. I honestly want to know what crimes myself?" There new, steely tone is emphasized as her hands move to her swords. She doesn't intend on giving this creature any information.

Kila nods to Tyran as she notices the Altaran lower her blind gaze, "I'm sorry," the woman continues, "We are both bound by oath and chain. Whether you accept or not, we must serve our master, whoever it is." Without raising her head, she glares at Tyran's knees, "If I cannot serve, then I am useless." She defiantly raises unfocused eyes, watching his face, "Please finish me," she casually demands, folding her arms over her breasts whilst her hair loosely falls around tanned, silky shoulders.

Lori rolls her eyes and mutters in Elven, "Oh joy, she 's still stuck in her own cultural hang ups."

Speaking up once more she says the the Altaran, "Kila's people do not believe accept slavery. That said, there are other ways for you to serve her and fulfill your debt. You are a warrior are you not? You may become her bodyguard and protect her from any attackers for example."

Lori rolls her eyes, muttering in Elven, "Oh joy, she's still stuck in her own cultural hang ups." she turns to the Altaran, "Kila's people do not believe or accept slavery. Raven smirks, "And I've met humans who do."

Kira sits quietly, allowing the conversation to illuminate each individuals personality. She senses a heightened level of confidence in the air. In fact, the small grove feels safe. Something about the giant tree emits a nostalgic vibe.

Like warm water from a shower, a secure, pleasant, nostalgic feeling washes over everyone. Almost as though the area seems to be welcoming the group with a calm, soothing aura.

Jenna interrupts the moment with, "Hey!" grinning, "My headache's gone! Wowee!" Her bright blue eyes twinkle as she inquires, "Does anyone know of any fun games while we wait?

"Life is precious, friend," Tyran states to the Alterean. "I would first return you to the Splugorth to let you continue to serve, if that was your wish, long before I would fulfill any request to end your life. Of course, from what I know of the Splugorth, returning without your former masters would likely result in you being accused of being a deserter, and your life forefeited anyway ... in either case, there's no need for a quick decision. You were badly injured ... take some time, rest, and recover. I'm sure we can find some way for you to serve that aligns with everyone's outlooks and beliefs, in time; but we need not rush."

"That said, we will need to have a name by which to call you ... do you have a preference?"

As the warm feeling washes over them, Tyran takes a moment to acknowledge. Turning in the direction of the tree, he states "Thank you, Galatea," to noone in particular.

Shaking her head, Cassandra responds, "You don't know how the Splugorth treat those who leave. Death is the most pleasant part of what might occur. They are extremely inventive with their tortures."

"I do want to know what crimes I am being accused of?" she returns to.

Kila glances around slowly but remains very quiet as she twists the fur on her necklace between her right thumb and index finger.
