Jordan, Darl, Anastasia, The Redeemer
Re: Jordan, Darl, Anastasia, The Redeemer
OOC: No problem. I had called it a tavern in past posts, but as in real life, people call things by whatever name comes to mind and the guard called it an Inn. It may have gained a second story in the couple days since you were last there. Sometimes my memory gets fuzzy since the story-line of a PbP gets stretched out. Also, just to be clear, the guard you found wasn't at a gate. He was just the first guard you came across.

Jordan nodded to the soldier and patted him gently. "Keep up the good work soldier, your work is one that few relish but everyone hopes you are successful. You are our first line of defense against the nightmares beyond this wall. I will check with you before we leave the city and see if there is anything you need. Is there anything I can get for you right now? I will be headed to the Inn and if I can supply you and your comrades with anything let me know." He smiled.
He then made his way to the Inn keeping his eyes open to the environment. His calloused hands kept loose and ready, incase his sword was needed. He made his way into the Inn looking around, seeing if he could spot anyone of authority, proprietor or tender.
